The customer
At the end of October 2009 the leading European fund EQT V (EQT) acquired the biggest cabel operators in Bulgaria – Eurocom Cable and CableTel. blizoo is the name of the new company, which delivers innovative technologies and services, digital TV, HDTV and integrated home communication services.
The solution
The solution is based on the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and the implementation is separated into several phases.
Some of the most importnat results of the implemntation of the vertical ERP solution NaviTrans are the bigger number of successful requests, more effective fleet management and the full coordination by teams and departments.
