Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile (Globul) is a part of the Greek telecommunication company Cosmote. Globul offers full range of telecommunication services (mobile, fixed and data transfer)  to its customers.

The problem

As a part of a big international company group GloBul needed modern integrated system, which could be able to support the needed functionality for financial management, accounting and sales. 

The solution

The solution is based on the ERP system Maconomy, the powerful data base ORACLE and implementation method that has incorporated best practices. 

The results

The implementation at Globul was a real challenge for the team of FTS Bulgaria. Only for seven weeks the core modules of the system were implemented, so Globul was able to start working with the new system.

There is integration with the billing system of Globul, so all the operations could be easily followed- from the sale of communication services, invoicing,  and payment registration to  the calculation of the profitability of a service.

The system is installed in the stores of the company, which work on a centralised data base.
