Process re-engineering

Project Management
A key role which influences the successful implementation of the project. The major responsibilities of the project manager are to:
- Develop the Project Scope (including risk assessment) and Project Plan
- Arrange and run Project Management review meetings
- Manage the project on a day-to-day basis, and ensure sufficient resources are assigned to the project
- Document and report progress against plan
- Update the Issue List with issues affecting the project, prioritizes them, and proposes actions/resolution
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved to the Steering Committee.
Technical Installation & Architecture
Operating system and database platforms’ installations, application software installation, technical upgrade and data conversion, back-up and recovery strategy, system performance review.
