Pre-implementation analysis 
Analysis of the organization including information gathering, readiness assessment, customer preparation list, proposed assessment questionnaire for choosing an ERP system, ROI analysis.

Analysis of current hardware and software infrastructure in the context of new business system deployment including: preparation of site requirements, performance benchmarking, sizing and scalability guidelines, hardware and software platform selection. 

Development of specialised software systems and applications for integrated management and control of the resources, processes, document turnover and customer relation management in public and private organisations. 

System design, set-up and implementation of complex IT systems with multy-layer architecture, network of client - server type.

Project Management 
A key role which influences the successful implementation of the project. The major responsibilities of the project manager are to:

• Develop the Project Scope (including risk assessment) and Project Plan
• Arrange and run Project Management review meetings
• Manage the project on a day-to-day basis, and ensure sufficient resources are assigned to the project
• Document and report progress against plan
• Update the Issue List with issues affecting the project, prioritizes them, and proposes actions/resolution
• Escalate issues which cannot be resolved to the Steering Committee. 

Technical Installation & Architecture 
Operating system and database platforms’ installations, application software installation, technical upgrade and data conversion, back-up and recovery strategy, system performance review.
