Euromaster Import-Export is established in 1992. The company is specialized in import and wholesale distribution of power and mechanical tools. Euromaster manages several different brands – Raider and Raider Pro, Gadget, TopMaster Professional, TopGarden, Makalon, TopChrome, TopStrong, etc. At the current moment the company offers more than 4000 items, and has more than 500 key account customers in Bulgaria –retail chains and wholesale distributors. Euromaster has its own offices in Sofia and Varna, as well as in Romania.

The solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and guarantees the company can rely on integrated functionality for planning and supply chain management, sales management, financial management, CRM, detailed business analyses, etc.

The dynamic growth of Euromaster during the past few years required an integrated functionality for planning and supply chain management, sales management, financial management, CRM, detailed business analyses. This led to the launching a process of choosing an integrated ERP system. The top management of Euromaster decided to implement one of the most powerful solutions in the world – Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) from the company-integrator FTS Bulgaria.

Euromaster counts on the flexibility of the ERP solution to set sales forecasts for future periods (for example on annual basis) or utilizing a key for distribution of quantities in sub periods (for example months). The planned purchases are calculated, so that they can guarantee enough quantities for the forecasted sales amounts. The necessary supplies for the planned promotions are also calculated.

As the main activities of Euromaster are related with the effortless management of the warehouse, it is crucial an integration with mobile devices to be set. It optimizes the performance of the warehouse staff as well.  An automated planning based on criteria for minimum/maximum warehouse quantities, current warehouse quantities and future deliveries was also defined and set in the system.

The items coul be reviewed by item number or in more details according to the activated for the item group warehouse analytics (every combination between the existing in the system analytics: colour, size, warehouse, warehouse cell, batch, serial number, etc.).

When executing the product pricing sales managers in Euromaster can set up price lists by customer/ customer group; as well as price lists in different currencies (for export). The discounts can be calculated for a row in the invoice, for group items, as general discount on the amount of the whole invoice, as cascade prices or as discounts, concerning only the ordered quantities.
